Consultation
We start with an unhurried conversation — on your land if possible. We listen for the rhythm of your family, the way light should move through the rooms, what 'home' actually means to you. No quotes are pulled. No timelines promised. Just a careful intake and a clear next step.

Design
We collaborate with an architect — yours or one of three we trust — to develop drawings that resolve every detail before pricing. Materials, structure, mechanical strategy, and finish intent are all settled together so the design and the build speak the same language.

Planning
Before we break ground, we finalize permits, budget, selections, scheduling, and trade coordination. You’ll receive a detailed estimate and a clear project timeline, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Construction
Andy and Jeremy are on site regularly throughout the entire build. Overseeing the work, catching details early, and making sure everything is being built exactly the way it was planned. You'll always know where things stand. If something changes, you hear about it right away — no surprises, no runaround. Just honest, direct communication from the people actually building your home. That's not something we advertise. It's just how we work.

Final Walkthrough
The final walkthrough isn't just a formality, it's one of our favorite parts of the whole process. We go room by room with you, pointing out the details, answering your questions, and making sure everything feels exactly right. No rushing, no handoff to someone you've never met. And even after you've moved in and settled in — we're still here. We stay in touch, we check in, and we're always happy to hear from past clients. Building your home is the job. Taking care of you is the standard.
