Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, your property, and what you aim to build. From there, we outline clear next steps.

Design
We collaborate with an architect, whether yours or one we trust, to complete the design before pricing. Materials, structure, systems, and finishes are resolved early so design and construction stay aligned.

Planning
Before we break ground, we finalize permits, budget, selections, scheduling, and trade coordination. You will receive a detailed estimate and an estimated project timeline, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Construction
Andy and Jeremy are on site regularly throughout the build, overseeing progress and ensuring the work stays true to the plans. You will always know where things stand, and any changes will be communicated directly and promptly.

Final Walkthrough
The final walkthrough is a key part of the process. We go through the home with you, review the details, answer questions, and make sure everything is complete and as expected. There is no rush, and we take the time needed to get it right. After move-in, we remain available if anything comes up.
