ANDY SHAW
Andy brings a refined perspective and a strong eye for detail and design to Benchmark Custom Homes Inc. As Co-Owner and Lead Contractor, he oversees all aspects of construction, from project management and coordination to client relations and final execution. Andy is dedicated to delivering high-end custom homes that thoughtfully balance function, design, and craftsmanship. NATALIE SHAW
Natalie Shaw is the Operations & Social Media Manager at Benchmark Custom Homes Inc. and the daughter of Co-Owner Andy Shaw. She oversees day-to-day operations, organization, and internal systems to keep projects running efficiently from start to finish. Natalie also manages marketing and social media, showcasing completed work and highlighting the craftsmanship behind each build. Her focus on structure, communication, and brand presentation helps maintain a consistent and professional client experience.
