With twenty-plus years of experience, Andy and Jeremy founded Benchmark to build the kind of high-end homes they always believed in, defined by timeless design, refined craftsmanship, and lasting quality. As both general contractors and custom home builders, they manage every stage themselves, from concept and planning through construction and final walkthrough.

Their work ranges from luxury New England estates to modern homes and coastal residences, each shaped around the client's vision, lifestyle, and standards. Every Benchmark home is built by a trusted circle of craftsmen, Andy and Jeremy have worked with for years. Carpenters, masons, and mechanical trades who share the same standard of care. Materials are chosen for how they will look decades from now. Every detail is reviewed on site, not from a desk. It emphasizes careful planning and steady progress throughout the build process.
